Swapping tokens on XDEX is fast, seamless, and optimized for the X1 blockchain’s lightning-speed architecture. With near-zero gas fees (paid in XNT) and direct Backpack wallet integration, XDEX enables real-time, on-chain token trades with no middlemen, no delays.
🚀 How to Swap on XDEX
1️⃣ Open the Swap Interface Click Swap from the left-hand navigation. Connect your Backpack wallet, and ensure your wallet contains XNT to cover gas fees.
2️⃣ Choose Your Tokens Use the dropdown menu or paste a token address to select the assets you’d like to swap. XDEX supports all Token-2022 assets on the X1 blockchain.
3️⃣ Enter Amounts Input how much you want to send or receive. XDEX automatically calculates the best rate based on live liquidity conditions.
4️⃣ Set Your TPS Mode Choose your desired transaction speed:
🟢 Fast (default) — Balanced speed and cost
🔵 Turbo — Prioritized inclusion for faster execution
🔴 Degen — Maximum TPS, highest priority fee for near-instant confirmation
Your XNT gas fee will adjust automatically based on the mode selected.
5️⃣ Confirm the Swap Click Swap, approve the transaction in your Backpack wallet, and you're done. The trade is executed on-chain with sub-second finality. If balances don’t update immediately, refresh the page or reconnect your wallet.
💡 Need precision? Use the ⚙️ settings icon on the swap screen to customize your slippage tolerance and transaction deadline.
⚠️ Key Swap Details
🔁 Price Impact Indicates how your trade will affect the pool’s token price — especially relevant in lower-liquidity pools.
💰 Minimum Received Shows the minimum amount of tokens you’ll receive, protecting against excessive slippage.
📉 Slippage Tolerance Adjustable via the ⚙️ settings icon. Lower = safer pricing; higher = better execution during volatility.
⚡ Transaction Speed (TPS Mode) Higher TPS modes like Turbo and Degen increase the priority fee (in XNT) for faster inclusion in blocks — ideal for active market conditions.
⏱️ Timeout or Errors?
If a swap fails or times out: ✅ Make sure you have enough XNT for the selected speed mode 🔁 Try resubmitting using Turbo or Degen 🔌 Reconnect your wallet or refresh the page to re-sync the interface
