Can I lock my LP tokens?
🔒 LP Token Locking
XDEX does not currently offer a native feature for locking Liquidity Provider (LP) tokens.
⚠️ Irreversible Option: Burning LP Tokens
For users who wish to permanently lock liquidity, one possible method is to burn their LP tokens or the associated token account. However, this action is permanent and irreversible:
🔥 Burning LP tokens means you will lose access to the underlying liquidity and forfeit all future rewards.
⚠️ XDEX is not liable for any losses resulting from token burns.
🚨 Proceed with extreme caution. This method is only recommended for experienced users with a clear intent to permanently lock liquidity.
How are AMM vaults created when new pools are created?
🧮 Initial Liquidity Adjustment on Pool Creation
When a new liquidity pool is created on XDEX, a small fraction of the initial liquidity is automatically allocated to the pool’s asset vaults.
🔹 Why It Happens
This adjustment is necessary to initialize the pool’s accounting and vaults and to ensure proper operation within the XDEX protocol.
📐 Calculation
Initial Pool Liquidity = Total Supplied Liquidity - 10^lpDecimalslpDecimalsrefers to the number of decimals used by the LP token (typically 6 or 9).10^lpDecimalsis subtracted from the total liquidity to seed the vault system.
📌 Example
If LP tokens use 6 decimals, then:
10^6 = 1,000,000 units (0.000001 LP tokens)This amount is reserved during pool initialization and slightly reduces the initial pool liquidity available to LPs.
💡 This adjustment is protocol-level and does not impact rewards or long-term pool performance. It simply ensures the pool is initialized correctly on-chain.
Can I withdraw rewards before the end of an emission period?
✅ Yes. Rewards on XDEX farms are claimable at any time during the farming period.
You don’t need to wait for the entire emission schedule to complete — users can harvest rewards whenever they choose, as long as they have earned tokens available.
💡 Rewards accrue continuously based on your share of the pool and are available for withdrawal directly from the farming interface.
Can I extend the duration of my farm?
✅ Yes — you can extend the duration of your farm by adding more rewards.
Since XDEX farms continue until their allocated rewards are fully distributed, adding additional rewards increases the total duration based on the current emissions rate (rewards per day).
🕒 Note: You can only add rewards if at least 72 hours remain before the current reward pool is fully emitted.
📌 Adding rewards does not change the emissions rate — it simply allows the farm to run longer at the same reward pace.
Errors
I can't see my pool
After creating a new pool on XDEX, it may take a few minutes to appear in the interface.
If your pool was created with a delayed start (launch timer), you can monitor its status through the Swap interface:
Select the base and quote tokens used in the pool
If the pool is pending activation, a countdown timer will appear in place of the Swap button
Once the countdown ends, the pool will go live and become visible in the Liquidity section
💡 If your pool doesn't appear after activation, try refreshing the page or reconnecting your wallet.
Pool already created error
⚠️ Pool Already Exists
A pool for this token pair has already been created, so there’s no need to create a new one.
You can simply add liquidity to the existing pool and start earning rewards right away.
💡 Tip: Use the Liquidity page to find and join existing pools, or search by token mint addresses if it's not listed by default.
Token verify error / Freeze authority enables
❌ Token Verification Error: Freeze Authority Enabled
The token you selected cannot be used to create a pool because it has a freeze authority enabled.
🔒 For security and decentralization reasons, XDEX only supports tokens with the freeze authority disabled — ensuring that token activity cannot be arbitrarily paused or revoked by the creator.
✅ To proceed:
Use a token that does not have a freeze authority, or
Contact the token issuer to verify and disable the freeze authority before attempting to create a pool
